Launceston Conference Centre FAQ

What are your regular hours?

Our business hours are 8am to 5pm, if your booking falls outside these hours we may charge an additional fee to cover staffing costs. The Door of Hope complex closes at 9pm.

Where is Launceston Conference Centre located?

We are located within the Door of Hope complex at 50 Glen Dhu Street.

Is there Parking available?

Yes!! We offer ample free off-street parking conveniently located close to the building.

What about disability parking and parking for those with young children?

Our undercover car park provides easy and convenient access for individuals with mobility challenges and those with young children. Follow our signage for access to the undercover car park.

Do you have a cafe on-site?

Selah Cafe provides delicious food and coffee. They are located in the foyer and are open 8:00am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. We have a second café located at LexFun Entertainment Complex which is open 10am to 5pm.

Is Alcohol allowed at the Door of Hope Complex?

No, Door of Hope Complex is an alcohol-free site. Due to this no alcohol is allowed at any events booked at Launceston Conference Centre.

Will someone be on site to help me setup?

For all our events there will be a staff person on site to assist you. Including any technical needs you have.

For large events we always provide a dedicated event manager to ensure that your event runs smoothly, and additional staff as required.

For events that use the Main Auditorium we provide a dedicated tech staff to ensure that lighting and audio runs smoothly.
